“Contemporary design to the hilt”

We’ve been travelling for three weeks throughEastern Europe and we didn’t know what to expect in Ljubljana……and were we surprised. The Cubo is ultra modern with beautiful subtle colour coordination, funky furniture and very cool wall paper. The room we had was beautiful. Amazingly soft bed with very contemporary styling. The fold down service was a nice touch. It faced a courtyard and other apartments but this made it very quiet. The office staff were extremely attentive and helpful providing us with eating suggestions and driving directions. They also looked after my car with real expediency. The breakfast was terrific and satisfied all our needs. The staff here were also lovely. All in all, a great experience.

“Unexpected Excellence”

Had a business trip to Ljubljana and Hotel Cubo was the booked hotel. Was not sue what to expect. I was incredibly happy with the hotel and staff. The hotel is very modern, new and in a great location. In addition to the hotel, the staff was outstanding. From check in to the breakfast and to check out, smiling and pleasant professional staff. Highly recommend this place to anyone going to Slovenia.

ich pflichte allen anderen revies bei: allerbwste qualität. die zimmer sind sehr sauber und top modern sowie stylish eingerichtet. das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. das morgenbuffet geprägt durch selbst gemachte produkte und lokale köstlichkeiten. die preis/leistung und die lage sind hervorragend. nicht umsonst das nummer eins in dieser kleinen hauptstadt.

Tutto assolutamente nuovo , funzionale, moderno e confortevole. Anche se avevano posto per una singola con letto matrimoniale, siamo stati benissimo…
Il personale affabile e gentilissimo sia alla reception, sia ai piani che al servizio per la x colazione che è stata ricca e genuina. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Perfetto.

“Very nice boutique hotel”

Very helpful, English speaking staff. Absolutely great breakfast but only stayed one night so we didn’t eat in the hotel. It is very clean, very nice room of about average size with a comfortable bed which is two twins together, a common European trait as opposed to a straight king. Location is convenient near Congress park and the three bridges to the old city. Everything was within easy walking distance.

“Excellent hotel for visiting Slovenia”

I recently stayed at the Hotel Cubo during a 3 day visit to Slovenia. The service was good, as was the breakfast provided. Rooms are of a very high quality and well furnished with all the usual amenities and even the little luxuries (robes, polish, safe, toiletries). Likewise the showers were also exceptionally well furnished.

It was not until the evening that I learnt the hotel was also close to all the major Ljubljana attractions in the centre of the city. Walking around is a breeze and will take less than 30 minutes to cover the 3 major bridges and the river area. Definitely the recommended place to stay in Ljubljana.

“Excellent service and comfortable stay”

Conveniently located near the university and old town. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We couldn’t find any spots on the towels, bed linings or bath robes. They looked squeaky clean and put our mind at ease. Well worth to be ranked #1 in Ljubiana!

“Special Room in a Special Hotel”

We had one of the corner suites and it was superb: round bed surrounded by windows with electronically controlled shutters; beautiful, modern bathroom; nice sitting area. Hotel was an easy walk to the old town; very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was ample, and you could get eggs and bacon and other dishes besides. Although the hotel is on a busy street, the sound deadening is adequate. We slept very well.

“Delightful Arthouse hotel”

This is a lovely little hotel. It lacks a grand, imposing lobby, and its restaurant is only open for lunch, but the rooms are unique and beautiful in a modern, arthouse style. The bathroom is beautifully appointed and can be opened to the main area or completely closed off with some clever sliding doors. The finishes are luxurious; one feels both at home and pampered here. The breakfast was delicious with one’s choice of egg dish and a quality buffet. The hotel is just outside the old town ( across the road), and it was an excellent location for us since we wanted to look at the museums ( new town) and old town whilst we were in this lovely town. Highly recommended.
