Intervju z našim kuharjem Matijo Bizjakom je bil objavljen v lokalnem vodiču In Your pocket, Ljubljana (marec-april 2o17).
Včeraj, 17.2.2017, se je med 16. in 21. uro odvil že tradicionalni 4. Salon penečih vin v Ljubljani, ki je potekal v Veliki dvorani GH Uniona.
Tako kot v preteklih letih so tudi tokrat združili najboljše peničarje, njihova vrhunska peneča vina, izbrano kulinariko in številne ljubitelje penečih vin. Peneča vina je pospremila izbrana kulinrika posebej za to priložnost . Tudi tokrat so ostali zvesti poslanstvu širjenja in dvigovanja nivoja kulture vina skozi izboraževanje.
Dogodku se je pridružil tudi hotel Cubo in tako ob zaključku prireditve priredil afterparty s peninami. Ob kozarčkih izbranih penin naših partnerjev Vina Sanabor, Klet Brda in Vina Joannes se je stregel mariniran losos. S prijetnim druženjem smo tako zaokrožili 4.festival penečih vin.
Dne, 2.2.2017 smo v hotelu Cubo gostili dogodek, ki so se ga udeležili Maserati in Ferrari navdušenci. Preverite fotografije z dogodka, ki je bil organiziran za tiste, ki ljubijo vožnjo svojih razkošnih vozil in delijo svojo strast z navdušenci teh avtomobilov.
